RETURNS & SHIPPING

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged as a direct result of us. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and explain the problem and we will issue a return PO and where you may or may not need to send the item back to:
Depending on the problem we will figure out who will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning item.

If you need to return an entire machine, we would be making the shipping arrangements.
A return of a pinball machine must be submitted to us within 48 hours of purchase to receive a full refund. All cancellations and returns authorized by Pinball Adventures will be subject to a 35% restocking fee and the entire cost of shipping and return shipping.

Refusal to take delivery of any of our pinball machines will result in a refund of 50% only, of the purchase price, minus applicable shipping and storage costs.
